I'm back!!!

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I have not posted in a while but I have been very busy with learning new things, playing a mixture of games in the garden and on the PS4 with my family and trying to stay positive while missing family, friends and everyone at school that I can't see at the moment.

Some of you may have noticed there is something different about me (not my t-shirt though!). YES!!! My hair! Now you can see my face properly. I was lucky I didn't have to go to Salon ala Dashie (that's our dog) like our cat Lola does, he likes to give her a shampoo (well lick her) head and ears and make her fur all spiky. Why??? We don't know. It makes us all laugh. So yes I was lucky (well my Mum says I was) that I had her cut it instead of my Dad, Brother or the dog. I think she did an ok job. What do you think?

Drawing for my Nan and Grandad
I have found it hard to get back into doing school work after the Easter Holidays. Last week I did a few things but not that many, this week I have been a bit better. I have been learning about temperature and adding decimal numbers together in Maths. In English I read the lessons on school uniform, superheroes and have also been learning the spellings. I am using the words we do each week for the spellings to write a story. I have also learnt about Kiwis, they are not just a fruit but a bird too and my Mum and I talked about Acts of Kindness people are doing and what we can try and do, the first Act I did was to draw a picture for my Nan and Grandad which we posted to them.  Yesterday I learnt about our planet and the continents and countries there are and we researched the population of countries and which had the largest and smallest amount of people living there. It was really interesting. I found out that the UK is ranked 21st in the world.

Oh also! I got a Ukelele. I need to learn to tune it first and then learn to play.  Here is a video of me playing it when I first got it and learning to sing the song Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles.  I have been missing the Assemblies at school and especially the ones our Head Teacher Mr Henry does where we learn a new song.

So that is a few things I have been up to. Below are some photos of other things I have done.

Goodbye for now.
Stay Safe.
